Gansevoort Meatpacking Nyc Comments

  1. Friendly staff. Rooms are rare but WORTH IT!! I think that if you are deciding to visit NYC…. STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! Its close to absolutely EVERYTHING, either INSIDE the hotel, OR in and around that area of the city. Good Luck and enjoy your visit to NEW YORK CITY!!

  2. This is a scam of a company. Charged me for a stay that I made through booking.com and promptly cancelled within the terms for cancellation. The phone number doesn’t even work!!!!!!! Can’t talk to a person through booking.com either. Both SCAMS!!!

  3. Such a nice place to just grab something to eat, sit outside and chill. So different from the hustle of midtown

  4. Very decent hotel. My room was clean (for NY standards) and everything went as expected. I wish the customer service was better.

  5. The hotel is not worth it this hotel is horrible they give me a room and it was blood in the beds it was so disgusting

  6. If you’re looking for an unforgettable upscale evening, this is the place to go. Fine dining downstairs in the restaurant or grab a drink at the roottop bar overlooking the skyline.

    5/5

  7. Came to NYC a with my daughter for a four day get away! Booked at a high end hotel in Chelsea and was extremely disappointed in their customer service and facilities. I cancelled the reservation after one night and switched to the Gansevoort Hotel at the last minute.

What a stark contrast. As our Uber pulled up we were greeted by a staff member who immediately welcomed us and took care of our luggage. Upon entering the hotel the vibe was great- but even greater was the staff. We were pretty early after leaving the other hotel and I didn’t anticipate a room until late afternoon. The front desk team- who was full of energy got us quickly checked in and off to our room.

Our vacation was finally off to a better start- I didn’t think it could get any better… but it did. The rooftop pool staff and bar tender are so attentive!

It’s so refreshing to have a team of workers who have joy and love to serve. We will be back again and again!
